An initial consultation will take up to one hour and includes;
- A complete nutritional assessment.
- A printed body composition* analysis
- A personalized diet information booklet.
*Body composition analysis is a comprehensive measure of body weight, percentage body fat used in the development of your personalised nutritional care plan.
Your progress is then monitored through 30 minute follow up appointments as required.
